Having grown up in Taiwan’s exciting capital, strong influences from the cute Japanese culture and keen cartoon watching are reflected in her fun loving work. After moving to London where she continues to reside, it was during YiYing’s MA studies at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design that Noodoll and the Noodle Town concept was born. Since then YiYing has published six books, with two of her titles, Fashion Market One and Two deemed bestselling titles in the Asian ‘Art and Design’ sector. YiYing is also writing a regular monthly column for City Pictorial 城市畫報 (China).
