All items from Noodoll.com are sent by Royal Mail First Class unless you choose different options. We usually ship within 7 working days. Our charges are based on weight. Delivery costs will be calculated by our website when you proceed to checkout. We always aim to ship your order as soon as we can!
If you live in the UK, you will have the option between First Class or Special Delivery. Special Delivery is more expensive, it requires a signature on receipt, but is guaranteed next day and has (up to) £500 insurance for lost items.
Yes, we deliver worldwide! So you can get Noodoll products wherever you are! If you live outside the UK, you will have the option between standard Airmail or Airsure. Airsure is more expensive but has (up to) £500 insurance for lost items. Please allow 10-20 days delivery time.
If you need your order ASAP we suggest you select the ‘Special Delivery’ or 'Airsure' option. You could give us a call on +44 (0) 207 253 1890 or email us with your order number and we will try our best to speed up the dispatch for you.
Delivery charges calculated by this system cannot be guaranteed always correct – if we need to change the delivery charge after you have checked out, we will inform you before we do so.
For delivery outside the UK, any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
