- What is Noodoll brand about?
- The Noodoll brand is long established, having made its debut appearance internationally in 2002 with stockists including Urban Outfitters and TOPSHOP. Following on from that success YiYing set up the Noodoll studio in 2008 with a vision of creating accessory designs supported by a playful narrative. Our vision is to design with fun, care, a handful of humour and our love of a good story to brighten all things practical, bringing smile to everyday life.
- Who is Noodoll?
- This is how the story started... Noodoll lives in Noodle Town where everyone, and everything is made of noodles. He sings, dances and is the number one star of Noodle Town. Unfortunately for Noodoll, his carefree existence is disturbed by the troublesome Ricehead from the near by Rice Town where everyone and everything there is made of rice. As the superstar and namesake of the brand, Noodoll’s friendly, playful nature and positive attitude reflect the values of our brand and products.
- How often do you release new stock?
- Every 2-3 months to make sure we keep the brand fresh and innovative and of course, to keep you happy.
- How do I place an order?
- Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the colour or size you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart” These items will then be placed in your shopping basket. You can click on “View Basket” at anytime to see what you have selected, or “Checkout” to proceed to make a payment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept most credit and debit cards through Paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account to pay, simply go to "Don't have a PayPal account?", then click 'Continue', then you can pay by credit card. It's very easy and safe. Alternatively, if you prefer to send us a cheque (payable to: Noodoll Ltd), please still follow the check out process, so you can find out the total amount of your order including delivery, and send a cheque with your order details to: Noodoll Ltd. Unit 5. Zeus House. 16-30 Provost Street. London N1 7NG. UK.
- Is it safe to shop with you online?
- Noodoll are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. It is 100% safe to shop with Noodoll. We will never pass on your personal data to any third parties.
- My payment has been refused, why?
- Firstly, we would recommend checking your entered details are just as they appear on your card. If this doesn’t help, check the entered billing address (where your statements are delivered) is correct. If the problem still occurs please email us at shop@noodoll.co.uk and we will see if there is anything we can do.
- I don’t want to register, can I still make an order?
- Of course! You do not need to create an account to complete an order, although we would recommend registering with us as it enables the handy function of tracking your purchases, and saving time for your next purchase.
- How do I return my goods?
- If you are unhappy with your goods please email us at shop@noodoll.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange or refund an exchange. We are happy to do exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and account as used to make the original purchase. We apologise that shipping charges however are not refunded.

- Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery charge will vary depending on the package weight and destination.
